Having transitioned from accountant to recruiter, then from recruitment director to executive career coach, Kay has intimate knowledge of the challenges that come with taking a new direction in life. While Kay’s portfolio includes leaders from finance, HR, marketing, and other sectors across the corporate services spectrum, she has also worked closely with professionals in the public and third sectors. Kay takes pride in enabling her clients to assess their situation and build for future success while helping them meet the many demands of organisational change.
